There’s never been a solid steel hammer like the Vaughan Steel Eagle®. Forged entirely of high quality, American made, high carbon steel, it has all the toughness and durability you would expect in a solid steel hammer, yet there’s none of the irritating hand sting that can make a day’s work so tiring. The secret is our patented Shock-Blok® plug, a shock absorbing insert of hickory and specially-formulated rubber which absorbs most of the shock of the hammer’s blows. The rest is reduced by the unique, air cushioned grip. Available in curved and straight claw styles, either with a smooth or milled face, and in a wide range of head weights.
